It is undemocratic the way they have dealt with this particular mast. People who live, work, school near it should have the right to object to it. Afterall - they pay the rates and taxes for a safe and clean envirement.

The schools have never been notified and the local councils have failed us at every step. The appeal has been granted without anyone knowing. If you have any points that may help us I would very grateful as we seem to be in a very similar situation.

Not only does this appear to circumvent the democratic process but it appears to ignore those Councillors who have stated a record of opposing the siting of such masts near schools. This proposed site is opposite the school.
