Though students may claim it is an invasion of privacy, it doesn't require a strip search. All they need to do is walk through the door. It is the government's property, and their right to protect the community at large. A metal detector doesn't hurt anything more than someone's wallet.

My nieces will be going to Dillon High in the near future. I care enough to sign this petition to help make a difference for them and other kids at risk. We already know society is getting worse everyday so we have to be on our best game and stop it before it starts. Dillon is already way behind in a lot of areas. This should have been done long ago.
