Petty Mothers who have Daddy Issues

One night she woke up her eye was swollen and she was scratching her body saying ouch there was no visible signs I told my husband to take her to the hospital and I would stay home with her 5 week old son. After 8 hours of being in the hospital they told my husband he had to leave and DCS was taking over again because our daughter was presumptive positive for amphetamines. There was no way that my daughter could have had drugs in her system as I was the caregiver. I did give her Benadryl before she went to the hospital and my husband said that when they got there the hospital staff end up giving her a larger dose than I give her so my daughter could have had up to three doses of Benadryl in her system.

Anyways they then came to my house and said they had to remove my 5 week baby because he had substance ingested in his body. They never did a test on the spot they never brought dogs to our house so how would they know if my baby had drugs in his system. I'm guessing the next day or maybe the same day they did a drug test and we didn't find out about the results until 10 weeks later because they said they were waiting on my daughter's confirmation test that took eight weeks but in the end both of our children were negative and they also had me and my husband do hair follicles and urine tests which were all negative. we thought the judge would dismiss the case and let us have our kids but then they changed the allegation in court and said that we were mentally crazy and that both parents need a psych eval. I took my evaluation back in April and they're claiming they don't have the results. I've called the company they said they can't see whether it's been sent over or not and that my attorney cannot call and get it in or can I walk in there and get it. They've been changed the allegation in court to domestic violence, using our past against us. I feel they are just waiting their time so they can take our parental rights away for the fact that our children have been in foster care for so long and they're under the age of 3.

They were taken back in January and they are still being detained and held hostage in a placement home and everyones rights are being infringed. What can I do? My children were wrongfully taken in my bond with my children have been destroyed. My daughter had just came home and now she's going through all this again and my poor little infant baby didn't even have the chance to bond with us.

My sister was approve for an ICPC over a year ago, however, they won't send my children to blood relatives. My husband's mother has also been approved placement, however, DCS then changed their mind after 72 hours and stated the grandmother minimize the problem and will not work with DCS, which were lies.

Judge Udall is allowing all this to happen, playing DCS's game. I understand this is all a big corporation and violates the Constitution Rights of the children and parents.

DCS is also doing Parent Alienation. The Judge did order DCS to out in a FRT Referral, a family reunification. A company picked it up within 48 hours and we worked with they company twice a week for 25 days. The company stated they couldn't continue with the services after 30 days, unless the children were brought home. Everyone knows when you have a FRT company working with you that the children need to be home in order to complete the services. When the company reached out to DCS about bringing children home, DCS told the company to close our service out because they do not plan on returning the children; which goes against Judge Udall's orders.

When my attorney emailed DCS regarding this, DCS stated that they did follow court orders, that they did put the referral in it but the judge never ordered a CPC; which is a physical change of custody. However, we all know that with a FRT referral, a CPC would automatically follow. DCS is playing a sick game. When we went back to court on June 3rd, again Judge Udall told him to put in a FRT referral, the same company that we were working with not even a week prior, reached out to DCS and stated that they would be willing to pick up the case again and continue services. DCS then sent a nasty threatening email to the team lead. As of now we have not been able to being the FRT Services, as DCS is interfering. Judge Udall obviously seeing that DCS was not going to return the children and even if you what were them to put in the FRT referral; not sure why he is still playing their game and not ordering a CPC along with that FRT.

We have a nice home, safe working vehicles, private insurance, we don't live off of Government Assistance, we aren't criminals. We are loving parents that took our daughter to the hospital. We had/have the best interest for children.

I have reached out to my Senator, Tyler Pace, and he never emailed me back. However, his assistant did and told me to work with the Ombudsman Office. My husband, the paternal grandmother, and myself have consistently put in appeals and complaint; no help. We have also reached out the the DCS Director Michael Faust, and he too is not willing to look into this matter. Just an FYI Michael Faust is the highest paid person, makes more the the Governor.

I have been researching, studying, and noting USC and ARS violations that have been done to my family.

Can you please help before my children are sold out? We have already lost life with them since January 9th, 2021.
