I believe he is the cause of a terrible destablisation of the teams dynamic. He has only one attribute; that being high fitness level and very little injury rate. However - he has NO vision, creativity, originality, style, pace, width, incision, dissection, spontaneity. He passes the ball side-ways all the time, if not backwards - and WORST OF ALL: he passes to players in very difficult situations - irrespective of what they can achieve from where they recieve ball.
