the transfer waiting list, over 17 yrs. And never been offered from that either. I just don't see how this justified putting us on this bidding scheme, which I don't see any Band (D) been offered anything at all. So how long do I have to be bidding. I'm 47yrs old. I won't move till I'm 60yrs old.

And every property I bid for on locata is alwaays allocated to an A or B applicant, and the few times that I have been offered anything its then withdrawn. It seems that being an C applicant means no chance of being offered anything or even shortlisted its a waste of time bidding. I don't really bother much with the process anymore, and I have waited soooo long that I just gave up and have deceided to stay where I am.
