It seems to be kept more for the convenience of the hunting public than for other visitors. I am always finding lost people and all of the trail groups I belong to lament the total lack of trail signage. It seems to be intentionally unmarked, or if not intentional inexcusably poor stewardship. There are many deep mud bogs that need remediation. Volunteer group (Friends of Evansburg) was stalled by lack of cooperation when they attempted to fund and volunteer improvements. I suggest the park manager be advised to cooperate, and signage be installed immediately and thoroughly. There is a huge local population but the parking lots are empty. Since I use all the local parks, I can tell you that is not the case with others. SIGNS AND COOPERATION, PLEASE??

It was ashamed that after the hurricanes that flooded it, the lower end was never fixed. I know the park well, so don't have too much trouble getting around, but I sure can see why new visitors would have problems. Also the trail across the creek from the horse trailer parking lot was a nice shady trail to ride and follow the creek, not understanding why that one was closed to riders. Many years ago I remember volunteering with trimming the trails - I think the MCEC organized some of that. It would not hurt to get the folks that use the trails to help maintenance them. We all enjoy them.

I've had trouble following the equestrian trails in spots. I appreciate the improvements in some of the trails and realize there was a lot of wind damage to trees to clean up.

I ride at many if the surrounding county parks and the Rangers have always been polite and welcoming. There is plenty of room for all of us to get out and enjoy these beautiful places. We would like to clean up the trails in this park so that it can be enjoyed to its fullest.

I have now moved to upper Bucks County and return frequently. I encountered lost riders so often for years as the trails became less well marked. Some of that due to hunters shooting the signs that were posted. Now I bring friends who are too afraid to ride it themselves for fear of getting lost. It is a shame that this park is underused due to lack of markers. Don't believe it is underused for lack of interest!

There is now a very unstable ranger that will pull his gun at any chance he can get, let alone write a citation. He pulled a gun out on my friends old dog when she was walking there because he pulled off the leash. I pulled into the main park area with my trailer picking up a friend (not parking there) and they drove up blocking my vehicle with sirens on like I was wanted or something.
