They will find any and all ways possible to get high despite the laws.
It is a waste of time, money and resourses. to continue a war that can't be won. This war against drugs has been waged since the late 1930s.
Yet all that the war on drugs has done is to create a new people, united by thier common cause, to be free, and high.

billions of taxpayers money is spent fixing this "problem" when abusing alcohol is far more dangerous.
