Concentrate on punishing irresponsible owners, fight for tougher laws and punishments on dog fighters who are bringing the breeds down. Maxine Carr set free? An innocent puppy who was born the 'wrong breed' given a death sentence? Where is the justice here? Any dog is capable of biting. When a dog bites the media withhold the history and why it attacked. Instead they prefer to condemn the dog.
