Mrs Christine Gerard, Flitwick, Beds, United Kingdom
As we live so close to Tesco's existing store, we are very interested as to what impact this will have upon us, as well as being extremely concerned about the outlined proposals for a new leisure centre, loss of the rec and village hall, market, etc. The prospect of high multi-storey buildings is horrific, it would certainly split Flitwick in two, more so than at present. Tesco is far too powerful and if this proposal is passed, they will go on to redevelop further.

Mr David Hooper, Flitwick
Flitwick has a small town feeling, with many open spaces and low buildings, I agree with building on the brownfield sites but keep the development small with small building that do not spoil the landscape.

In addition building on the green is crazy.

The people of Flitwick wanted things brought into the centre, but not a development on this scale.
