The Political System and the Police have already collapsed in this country. The flickering hope under the circumstances is judiciary only.
It is a human tragedy that judiciary has also lost its importance in this country as the Secretary of Health, GOI neither appeared nor represented by his Counsel despite Notice served to him by the Delhi High Court. Now, he is sitting over the Order issued by the Delhi High Court to provide CGHS facility to the retired NSC employees at Delhi!!!
