Please listen and take to heart what this petition is saying. I have a family member
inside,it would gravely affect our family
if he was sent out of state. He has a
few months left.I don't think this will happen.I also believe in better rehabilitation inside ,there would be
many less who return.Addiction(sickness)makes them commit crimes that send them back inside.I agree with parole, especially the three strikes law that populates our
prisons terribly.

States can apparently violate the constitution of this country and the rights of its people without fear or reprecussion. California has violated over 77 various court orders with no consequences. It is no wonder foreign countries no longer respect the United States of America. It is time to bring those who believe they are above the law to justice.

The way to solve one problem is not to cause another problem. The way to solve overcrowding is to reform the prison system and sentencing laws. Yeah okay it will take 3-5 years to build. But what about now, what are we gonna do now? So many people are in prison and doing double time, what about them? What about the illegal alliens, they should be deported back to their country.
