It takes 1-1.5 hrs to travel by bus & walk via the city... so I drive taking only 20-25 mins (rush hour) - but adding to congestion/pollution.
A bus route along main roads from Town Hall to Chatswood via Balmain, Drummoyne, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove (& possibly Fish Markets) would add an important missing link between Lane Cove and the major social/shopping/work areas of Chatswood & Balmain. It needs to be regular & service commuter & social travel times.

It is astounding that this route hasn't existed previously as the change of buses makes a 10 minute trip by road ( non-peak hour) into 1 1/2 hrs.
