Hood, had a trial even after the grand jury refused to indict. The fake indictment used at the mock trial was for Securities Fraud, after telling the jury in great detail of these crimes the prosecutors Francis Catron, asked the judge to dismiss all of these charges, the judge said because there had been no evidence shown the court of the charges, he would dismiss them. Why did the prosecutors want them dismissed, not of it was true, ALL LIES. we could prove with evidence it was not true, but because the judge had dismissed them we were not allowed to tell the jury anything about these charges, also the judge refused to tell the jury all these charges were dismissed. I can go on and on of he evil this court did. if anyone is interested in the rest of the story call me or let me send you pars of the record. The case was US v. Michael D. Smith he has pulled 8 years of a 10 year sentence and he is totally innocent, he was sent to prison for coverup wrong doing of federal agents after forfeiture money, they took about $1 million dollars.

The problem is that the Judicial commission fails to investigate complaints thoroughly and permits judges to allow attorneys to act as the representative and as the witness, permit judicial notice of unverified documents, permit declarations that are not sworn under penalty of perjury, permit judges to transact the case under maritime law denying due process, the right to require parties to show up their proof of claim. The courts employees, and agents are legacy parties in cases but will not reveal this fact at the initial filing of the case, documents, pleadings are indexed and not recorded, access to the court is hindered when you request to see a case and clerks are trained to claim the Case file is not available. It goes on and on. In 2016, the Commission on Judicial Performance was to be audited by the CA State Auditor and an application for injunction was submitted, see case CPF-16-515308 City and County of Sanfrancisco unlimited. These courthouses are corporations, operating under maritime law. They consider the American people as parcels, dead, fictitious persons. They make stuff up, lie, collude because the person that is appearing before them is a dead entity, they do what they will because they have done no harm . When the American People make demands to expose and reveal all information, documents, etc. then it will be fair and justice will prevail BUT when agents and employees of the courts aide, conspire directly and indirectly to oppress you, Justice has been denied.
