Any breed can be vicious in the wrong hands. I would be aggressive too if I was starved and beaten on a regular basis! A puppy (any breed) is like a baby it's known what it's taught. You teach a dog to be aggressive.. What's gonna happen? It's going to be aggressive. It should be the owners responsibility how their dogs act in public and otherwise, and the owner to pay the price if their dog attacks someone and or another dog. I am a pitbull owner and i would never get another breed. i have never known a more loving and loyal breed of dog. A specific breed shouldn't be penalized for bad ownership!!
