ASBOS are making criminals of our young children, this is due to Parents not being allowed to Disipline their own children, however it the Parents that have to take the blame when things go wrong, it is always the parents fault. If this is the case then let us put a stop to it by giveing parents thier rights back.

If one is able to prove these changes I feel they should at least be given the opportunity to prove themselves to the courts. So that they may be able to get their rights back, and be the parent they were ment to be.

If a child arrives in your home to stay, it makes sense to check with that childs parents, even if only to see if they have any particular dietary/medical needs....... I would have thought that any responsible adult would do this. Responsibility for the child is transferred to the person in who's house the child is staying, therefore part of that responsibility should be to inform the parents of the childs whereabouts. If a law is necessary, then I support this petition.
