I purchased my condo in Nov 06 my Real Estate agent requested a copy of the financial statements from the condo association. we were told and at the meetings ive attended there is always a different story about how the audit is being worked. How can there be so many different storys ? This is alot of money we pay not to know where it is going

I think we are entitled to any updates as soon as possible, we may try and sell our homes. the By-laws go to the new owner. Make sure they are current. If your dog damages grass, they get fined. Why do the Board Members nor DS get fined for not following By-Laws. There is no one to police them. Our own Treasurer knows nothing of the audit Mark Harvala stated started 9/05.
