I thought the idea was regeneration of Gloucester to make it as equal as its rival town ie Cheltenham. Do you see Cheltenhams beauty being ruined by a massive ferris wheel!? This is why the whole calebre of people is different in the surrounding towns! Its not fair for the people that trying to live in the one beautiful area of Gloucester.
