This would include the poor wanting to get an education.
I do understand what they are trying to do, which is to prevent fraud. (students being supported by parents and also collecting SNAP).
USDA should consider to let people that are "already" on SNAP and wants to go to college to get an income high enough to be financially self sufficient.
The USDA discourages the poor from getting an education to find a job or higher paying job.
USDA encourages the poor to remain poor and sit on the couch and watch TV all day while collecting SNAP.
