The lawyers and the court system are the only beneficiaries A Private Members Bill C-560 was introduced in December 2013. The bill would direct the courts in regard to divorce to make equal shared parenting the presumptive arrangement in the best interest of the child except in proven cases of abuse or neglect. Contact your Member of Parliament and get him to support this Private Members Bill.

Basically threatened me to stay away during the move and church. Events. And she doesn't drive. Why should a cheater get custody in the first place? And she cost me my job because of her bull crap and the lack of support I got from my former job!!! And to top it off, I live three hours away, a bullshit court order for visitation which leaves me on the road for hours..aka still out of work and have not many options..still looking...thanks ex! You cheated, took almost everything from the house, lied, stabbed me in the back, hold me hostage via the corrupt court and lawyer system and want more.
All I have is my blood now..bet she wants that too. Her family taught her well. No justice for canadian men! She cheats and I have to pay her? Should be the opposite way around!! And my son is always sick cause she's an idiot who never takes him to a good doctor..wow..Canada!
