However, that has not deterred her from making those allegations and the gender-biased Family Court system, Toronto and Guelph CAS's, the OCL and anyone in between from buying her allegations. Furthermore, I've provided evidence to the court, CAS and OCL of my ex-wife's level of perjury, child abuse and neglect of our children, but has all fallen on deaf ears. They all state that "they" are strictly concerned for what is in the best interests of the children, but fail to do so when the best interests of the children do not reside with the mother. This is not the 1970's anymore. Men have gotten it their heads that they need to be more active in the upbringing/raising of their children, and the whole reason for attending court is because not every case is to handled the same way. But the Court system, the OCL and CAS all handle everything the same way. Even when you provide evidence that proves, beyond a reasonable doubt, to the Family Court system, the OCL and CAS - it is subsequently ignored or misrepresented. I had to go through court twice for my daughter after the courts granted my ex visitations only to find out months down the road that he was taking her to a crack house. It took a long time to finally prove to the courts that he was neglecting her and have his visitations removed. If I'd have been listened to in the beginning with the proof I had this wouldn't have happened. The family assessment also did a horrible job by misinforming how bad he truly was because he is such a great con artist. This petition needs passed and the courts, CAS, and the police need to serious review of their neglect of duties and the term "best interest of the child" needs to be just that. It shouldn't have anything to do with fairness and equality of the parents but what is truly best for the children. The father resided in TN and during visitation kept and concealed children for 6 months to get the courts in TN to take away all of my rights with 0 visitation with all paperwork being sent to an unknown address in FL. So not only did my kids get parentally kidnapped I lost all rights without even knowing about it. If you don't have money no one will help. 3 years of this nightmare and I'm still fighting. My girls are 14 and 11 and are being abused and neglected and my oldest has been hurting herself and sucicidal while in his care while DCS and law all turn a blind eye. The judge in TN won't overturn his ruling and he never even contacted the state of FL when my ex went for a more favorable custody and due to not having money I thought I had to fight in TN courts and no legal aid here and I finally rasied enough througha fundrasier for a hearing and it was dismissed without my ex, kids or witnesses even got to go to the stand.
