Within the last 10 years we've seen innocent and unarmed civilians die after every rigged election. It is disappointing that the the Kenya Supreme Court judges (with regard to the petition filed at the Supreme Court of Kenya on 16 March 2013), for fear of their lives and safety of the families, did not feel free to exercise their honest, fair, unbiased and impartial judgment that uphold the Constitution of Kenya.
