But that cannot be taken as a rule but only exception. The talk about educating the investors may sound fine on the face of it, but impracticable. when IRDA was formed similar was the idea. If you want FINWEB, now does it mean that IRDA has not functioned properly? Many Insurance advisors say that prohibition of rebate is only on paper. Such being the case getting paid from customer can be far from practicality.
