I believe changing the age will not do any change in the skill level of drivers because if you have no driving experience, what difference does it make if you change the license age by one year? I also do not agree with the statement that teenagers can mature in just one year. Completely untrue. All this bill can do is postpone the great opportunities that come with driving.
