All that happened to the dog was that it was observed at home for 10 days to make sure it didn't have rabies. This dog gave another dog 80 stitches before but because it wasn't reported nothing is happening to the dog now. There need to be tougher laws to get dogs like these out of people's and other animal's way before they harm them.

The landlord needs to be recognized as a "keeper" even if they are not the owner. See my petition dated 9/27/08, my son was bitten by a dog. The tenant does not have insurance or any money to pay the bills AND the landlord is LEGALLY "excused" from this responsibily because they are not the "keeper" of the dog!
