I believe that the law is unjust in many cases where innocent people suffer due to the actions of inconsiderate people not being responsible for their actions! In this case like many the person who caused death to an innocent young girl by being drunk 3X over the limit should NOT be let off lightly. I probably would have thought otherwise if he were not drunk and it was a genuine accident but in this case he shouldn't.
