From what I have seen, conflicts have arisen over sharing power in our democratic republic...the city does not have the political will to continue it and wishes to use the money as it sees fit in a centralized system.

NRP resprsents a countervailing balance of power in the city's political landscape.
The 'city' wants centralized planning.

Otherwise we will see further deterioration and increased crime contribute to a downward spiral in the health of the City of Minneapolis.
