Every year, the rates for broadband service get higher and higher (and tiered so that you think you are getting something), and the service has not changed at all.

I live 2 miles away from one of the biggest internet hubs on the west coast an my service sucks. I can either get Comcast or dial-up. These restrictions are ridiculous.
