Mr. Nick McCoy, WA, United States of America
Because data caps are bullshit. Having worked on the data networking side of operations at AT&T, and Verizon both I can personally and confidently state that data caps are nothing short of a scam. They would have you believe that their poor little networks are just suffering under this heavy burden from their greedy customers. Their propaganda paints a picture where data is some precious, limited commodity like Oil, as if someday we will run out if we use all we want or need. BOLLOCKS.

Mr John Swanson, Virginia, Richmond, United States of America
Should be illegal for any isp that provides high speed internet to practice this policy. The cable companies are aware that cable-television is becoming obsolete, so they are now instituting this new bandwidth cap. You can tell this shift is occurring because televisions are coming equipped with wifi these days, and I can see it becoming the standard by 2015. If two people watch 3 hours of T.V. per-day on netflix via streaming, then they have already hit this cap by week 2. If in high definition

Mr Lee Etheridge, Texas, United States of America
Reducing Bandwidth in the modern age of Internet Capable BluRay DVD, Internet Capable TV's, online gaming, Legal downloading of movies and applications, any middle class family could easily hit the 250 Gig download limit and if you are a customer of Comcast or others with the same policy of 'capping', you could lose your service. This is especially egregious if you have no option to use other providers. This is a form of anti-trust violation in my opinion. Make the punishment 10K/per incident!

Mr Benjamin Kamath, Washington, United States of America
As it is, Broadband internet providers have almost no competition, and no real drive to maintain or upgrade their service. Every year, the rates for broadband service get higher and higher (and tiered so that you think you are getting something), and the service has not changed at all.

I live 2 miles away from one of the biggest internet hubs on the west coast an my service sucks. I can either get Comcast or dial-up. These restrictions are ridiculous.
