This man Attorney failed him from the beginning. What Attorney does not use key witnesses? Yet called upon him to defend himself knowing that's what the Prosecuting Attorney wanted all along. I don't think his Attorney thought that out to well. After reading Kwayera's story, I don't think he had it in him to commit murder. Foolish mistakes yes. I bet if giving pled bargain of manslaughter he would be out by now. He clearly doesn't need to serve the rest of his life in prison for something that were not intentional. Where is justice for this young man? I'm praying the Governor will have a heart and share some compassion with his family as well as Kwayera. Also, not to look upon this young man as a number and dollar figures to the prison.
