Even though I discovered it far later than I should have, it's one of the few TV shows and comic book series I really care about. W.I.T.C.H. is evidence that there are people out there interested in groups of female protagonists who show girls just how strong they can really be when they're willing to fight for what they believe in. I'm proud to call myself a W.I.T.C.H. fan, and I stand by these wonderful characters and their friendship with indefatigable resolve. W.I.T.C.H. is no ordinary show: it instills in its viewers the value of friendship and loyalty that so few other shows over the years have managed to do. The way in which I and many others have grown to believe in Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia and Hay Lin is a true testament to how powerful art can be when enough care, pathos and imagination are employed. I love the five of these girls, as I'm sure the authors of the other signatures on this petition love the five of them; they're our heroes. They're OUR Guardians.
