There are too many people that do the right thing only to be hurt or killed by people doing the wrong thing. What ever happened to DO THE CRIME DO THE TIME, it seems that the time doesn't fit the crime these days. If the death penalty isn't an option then LIFE should be LIFE no option of parole, never to be released, honestly get it right... A leopard DOES NOT change its spots no matter how much time they spend behind bars or how much counseling they get. Then only to get out and re-offend, when does it stop.
