am taking care of two children, whose mother is being deported. The youngest may have to go to the father, a drug addict, he refuses to sign papers so they can go with the mother. These children are now parentless and alone, and just waiting. They were never taken into consideration in the courts. The judge just said someone else will take care of your children., as if they were of no consequence. The laws should be changed to stop this happening.

I also don't think people should just be deported because of their immigration status. If they have a clean criminal history and are willing to be a fine for being here illegal, then so be. I don't think someone should be treated different due to their immigration status. People never know what they may have endured in their home country. Is that their fault? Besides, the more the merrier. Isn't the USA suppose to be all about families anyways?

People gripe about welfare but they send childrens parents away forcing them on welfare. There has to be a better way of immigration reform than to destroy families and leave children with their mother or father. Almost every study every done proves that children do better and grow up to be more productive citizens when they have their mother and father while growing up. So why does the US send them away.

The mother should be with her children and be part of this country, and become a citizen to help to raise her children. Everybody in this country was an emigrant, grandparents, great grandparents, and that people that they are looking for political positions also come for an emigrant background so I don't understand why the government is being rude and cruel. I am an Immighration Lawyer in Jacksonville Fl. I know several all American families, USC wife and children that are being completely distroyed by the fathers being removed after being in the U.S. for over 15 years. They will loose their homes and medical insurance. One of the children is autistic and cannpot go to Romania with his father. The psycologist say the child will not survive long without his Father. Yhe Attorney General will not consider repapering the Father so he can stay in the US

i feel if the parent is working and providing for their family they should be allowed to stay and correct mistakes made in the past. i know a lot of american men that have walked out of their children's lives, refuse to work or care for their children in any way! i think it should be judged on a case by case basis! if they are the sole provider it will become a greater burden on the government when these families have to rely on state assistance to get by! please look into this matter!!!

what will happen to the children if their illegal parent is sent back to mexico. It is hard on the child to lose the parent and be left to be raised by one parent.
