Other states, Iowa, Michigan, Louisiana, New Mexico, Florida, etc.have already gotten on this gravy train and they have gained for their states some great business and big in-state spending as a result of these incentive offers.

Virginia has some of the most diverse shooting locations (from just across DC to Shoreline, to the Shenandoah). The amount of revenue that can be realized by giving proper incentives here would be astounding (as shown from other states). So many states give large percentages back to the production companies and do not have the "confusion" on how to apply. Virginia has lost a lost.
