She ran away from the pit bull in Our Own Yard while the owners scrambled to get the pit bull. We Do Not Have fences so This Is A Very Serious Problem!

Muzzle requirements, Fence Requirements and obedience training should be required for any dog deemed dangerous by its temperament, not its breed. Targeting breeds that are known to be aggressive is not an good way to keep the public save. Targeting breeds for temperament test makes more sense. Then, if a Rottie or Pit doesn't pass the test, certain restrictions should apply. I don't think there should be a restriction on a Chihuahua if it is aggressive.
