Inevitably you have everyone from school children to seniors in the effective range of this thing and therefore at not fault of their own are being blasted with these incredibly high frequencies. for those of us who actually have the ability to hear the noise - it is amazingly loud and can even overpower my ipod at full volume. This has to be illegal!
