Unfortunately she can't bring her dog to MD when she comes to visit because of this law; however there are many cruel and irresponsible people who raise different breeds of dogs to be vicious but they go unpunished because their dogs are not being profiled. This law is just as stupid as when Japanese Americans were held against their will during WWII.
