Mrs Rachel Savine-Jones, Wrockwardine Village, Shropshire, United Kingdom
I have very big concerns about the impact that this development will have on wildlife in the area. The light pollution that will be generated by artificial lights at night seroiusly constrain wild life, exposing them to predators and reduce the time they have to find food, shelter or mates to reproduce.
I shall be contacting 'The Campaign to Protect Rural England' to see what interest that they will have regarding the impact this will have on the surrounding areas. will

The proposed 30 mph limit and pedestrian crossing we already have so no account has been taken of the increased volume of traffic, which would be detrimental to this area.

Roads are not adequate and the increase in traffic will have a detrimental impact on daily lives. Roads are narrow and hazardous. Also the impact on already stretched schools, hospitals, GPs etc. will be felt.

Mrs Jacqui Stagg, Allscott, Shropshire, United Kingdom
As a resident of Allscott I must strongly OBJECT to the proposed development on the former sugar beet site. The site is completely inadequate, in a completely RURAL LOCATION with a network of roads that are completely insufficient and unfit for purpose. There are frequent accidents on the so called main road (which is a B road). The surrounding villages of Walcot and Wrockwardine will also be greatly affected as will Admaston which is already congested. There is no other explanation as to why such a large development would be proposed in such an inappropriate area other than for financial gain.

Mr William Cook, Telford, Shropshire, United Kingdom
I do not believe this proposed development is for the benefit of the local area or its residents. It is a money making scheme to enable British Sugar and its associates to maximise profits on this redundant brown field site. It will not benefit the area and will have a detrimental effect on already established businesses in Admaston,Shawbirch and Wellington. The lanes and roads around the site will not be able to cope with the increased vehicle movement without considerable improvement, i doubt the funds will be available to do this.

mrs simone hall, telford, shropshire, United Kingdom
I strongly object to this proposed development due to inadequate highways and the resulting loading on narrow country lanes. The subsequent increase in traffic will inevitably result in vehicular accidents and pedestrian fatalities and will ruin the quality of life in Wrockwardine. SAT NAV will direct all drivers through the centre of Wrockwardine if travelling between the development and the M54 and old A5. If T&W Council ignore this major issue I feel sure that it will come back to haunt them when fatalities occur. Please hear our plea. Thank you.

Mr Alan Baguley, Shawbirch Road, Walcot, United Kingdom
I have been in contact with the developer Northern Trust regarding the possible noise issue from my residential boarding kennels at Walcot, located to the south east of the site.
Northern trust have made noise evaluations on the site for transportation noise and vibration but not noise sources identifiable with the kennels.
My concern with Northern trust has been about the possible need for attenuation at the kennels should the need be. There has been no support for this by the developer or their agents. There is a document from
Wardell Armstrong of Leigh in Lancashire, an environmental agency, which theorises for kennels noise assessment. I contacted Mr Richard Calvert, the author, and found that the basis of this document was a third party experience and he had never visited the site, nor had any live kennel noise at Sunnymead Kennels been measured. Northern Trust have ignored the presence of the kennels at Walcot. The case for or against acceptable noise levels at the south eastern end of the development from the kennels remains unproven.
