Nor do we appear to have any firm guarantees that the landscaping afterwards will be done to an acceptable standard. Also, what about the onlward management of the park? Bunding will not prevent anti-social behaviour. Bromley should provide fencing, lock the park or parts of it at night and have regular security patrols.

I grew up there in the 1960's and 70's and it was my and my fathers local patch for birdwatching.
I think the planned regeneration scheme will restrict the wonderful views of local residents over the area and cause unnecessary disturbance to the whole area.
