I pay taxes and I feel I should be able to walk on the pier at no cost to me. Free lifetown passes for past city commissioners and mayor, free family passes for current city employees, free access for active members of the local Disabled American Veterans and free walk-out fees for members of the Marineland Right Whale Survey Project fromJanuary to March. How about free walk-outs at least for Senior Citizens.
