Is he remorseful? And if he is, is he remorseful for what he did, or is he simply remorseful for where he's at? I was good friends with Jamie. I find it hard to believe Jamie would have taken LSD voluntarily, especially that day, when he had other plans. That story paints Jamie as an irresponsible drug user, something that Jamie absolutely was not. Remorse would be telling the real story of what happened that day, something Whittlesey should have done long ago, but I suspect the real story would hurt Whittlesey's chances of being paroled.

I too have a murder conviction. I got a second chance and was paroled. I've successfully completed parole. And to this day a good record. I am married with children. If you need any help let me know.
