Patrice Wilson, Richond hill, Canada
These all way stop signs create more problem than they solve. They actually solve no problem, since people exiting local roads have to wait as long as they were waiting before signs were installed. Said that, all hundreds of cars during rush hour have to stop twice for nothing. This is just ridiculous. I think stop signs are overabused in Ontario. Probable reason - they are cheap compared to traffic lights, but if you factor in cost of fuel, break pads and car maintenance its ends more expensive

Careful Driver, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada
I have too many stop signs, especially all way stop signs on Ontario roads.
Its ridiculous, when you have to stop regardless of anything else for no justifiable reason. It cost fuel to get up to speed again, it cost breaks, it cost nerves and it serves no real purpose other than money extraction from those who didn't stop.

Anonymous, Richmond HIll
In my opinion the two 4 way stops on Kirby are excessive given that Kirby is the main road and the other streets are local residential ones. It slows down the Kirby traffic considerably and makes it look like a residential road, which is not the case. I would support removing the stop signs on Kirby Rd.

Best regards!

Mr Kevin Shen, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada
These two stop signs won't solve the problem instead they will make traffic worse. And also they will add more dangerous factors into this busy road(In rush hour),i.e, when people from local traffic enter into Kirby from Foot Hills Rd will think they can just enter Kirby after stop and ignore traffic from Kirby, while people in Kirby might not see stop sign and the speed is high because coming from downhill. Then more accidents could happen. Also more pollutions will be generated in this area.
