While it benefits citizens for governmental agencies to advise on efficacy and safety of products that have been commonly and freely used by utilising a particular method of inquiry, that information may not address the needs of individuals and presumes that there is only one system for obtaining accurate and beneficial information. That is equivalent to allowing only one religion as the accepted source of truth.

The costs and systems required by THMPD are generally not manageable by small manufacturers, which are the predominant suppliers of herbal products. This results in an unfair competitive advantage to multinational corporations, which ultimately limits the individual's access to quality and selection in herbal medicinal products.

With THMPD, the European Union has overstepped and is severely restricting the unwritten rights of each human being to choose and access methods of managing health. It is a dangerous usurpation of civil rights that assumes the individual does not have the ability to make proper health decisions. Self-determination in matters of health must be treated as an inherent civil right, and THMPD is an abrogation of it.

Over the last 30 years President Mubarak and his regime members have systematically confiscated Egyptian People Money and transferred it to Banks outside Egypt.

The total reserve of the Egyptian Central Bank now is $33 billion where as the money stolen from the Egyptian people is estimated to be $200-300 billions and this money is kept in bank accounts of the regime members outside Egypt. Now more that ever Egypt needs these funds to enable the reconstruction of the country.

Bullying costs the economy millions of dollars each year.

Statistics now show that the largest majority of Children that do not attend school and or have days away are not in attendance due to being subjected to bullying.

Unfortunately statistics although very high once looked into and researched, have not been collected over a long period of time to show us all the true figures of the problem which would be no doubt astronomical, however ignored due to the problem of bullying not widely recognised as it is now.

ATTORNEY-General Brian Wightman has vowed to review Tasmania's anti-bullying laws.

The pledge by Mr Wightman comes in the wake of a public outpouring over the tragedy of Hobart schoolgirl Chloe Fergusson.

The review of the Criminal Code will determine whether laws preventing bullying need to be strengthened.

The move comes after the Mercury revealed how Chloe, 15, endured three years of physical and verbal abuse and cyber bullying before taking her life last week.

The push for Chloe's Law was started by Chloe's Fergusson's sister Cassie Whitehill where she began a face book page called Chloe's Law - Introduce Anti bullying laws in Australia.

Such Page has had in reach of 295,932 people in just five days which also continues to rapidly grow.

Further Cassie also began a petition on Change.org named 'Australian Government: Introduce anti bullying laws in Australia.'

Such petition to date 22/9/2013 has 4057 Signatures over a short 5 day period and still growing by the minute.

This proves that the People of Australia want something done and they want it done now..

Chloe's Sister Cassie in conjunction with Angels Goal Inc. Australian Anti- bullying Organisation are determined to see this occur.

The introduction of Chloe's Law with an amendment to each states criminal law act throughout Australia and Tasmania must be addressed immediately and passed as our children and people in our community are being diagnosed with a mental illness or dying every day due to being bullied.

Enough Is enough it is time for the Australian state and federal governments to act.

On March 8, 2012, the UN Secretary General and the President of the General Assembly--influenced by grassroots efforts--urged the General Assembly to pass a resolution to convene a global conference on women. Each of the 193 member-states has one vote which needs to be mobilized on behalf of 5WCW including the US and EU. Women have to become activists on their own behalf. Only women's movements are able to voice and organize around their top priorities as women. Otherwise women's issues including abuse of women are sidelined, subordinated to men's needs or to the priorities of institutions The fate of the planet and humanity and the empowerment and equality of women and feminine values are related.

One cult in particular has been protesting numerous funerals, including the funerals of fallen soldiers, for the past 20 years. This cult is called the Westboro Baptist Church.

Recently, attention has been magnified on this issue due to a certain event. The WBC, doing what they usually do, was picketing at Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder's funeral, holding signs saying despicable things, like Thank God for Dead Soldiers. LCpl. Snyder's family and friends, already grieving from the loss of someone close to them, were forced to listen to protesters screaming profanities as they tried to conduct a wake.

Lance Cpl. Snyder's father, Al Snyder, proceeded to sue the WBC for emotional distress. At first, Snyder won $5,000,000 when a Jury declared he was justified in his suit, but the WBC appealed.

The WBC won its appeal, and the court ordered Al Snyder to pay $16,000 in legal fees to the cult which dishonored the memory of his fallen son.

Any true American would realize that this is a complete outrage. All the members of this group stand together in our belief that new laws should be provided federally prohibiting any group from protesting at a funeral.

The case is pending an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the WBC on the grounds of protected First Amendment speech, we will press for a 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Depending on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in this upcoming case, expect a demonstration in a City near you.

Millions of prescriptions are dispensed each year and only a very small percentage result in an error. However because of the sheer volume of prescriptions given out daily, each and every pharmacist is involved in a number of error incidents throughout the length of his or her career.

Recently a pharmacist (who has subsequently resigned from practice) was given a three month suspended prison sentence for making a dispensing error. A charge of manslaughter failed because the error was judged to have played no part in the death of the patient. When pharmacists make errors they are encouraged to report them so that systems can be reviewed and improved for the benefit of future patients. This case makes it less likely that errors will be reported.

A custodial sentence is supposed to be handed down to protect the public. This sentence is likely to achieve the complete opposite. If every pharmacist who has ever made a mistake were to be criminalised in this way then there would soon be very few left to practise. This law needs to be changed and soon.

Addendum:

Members of the General Public and other Healthcare Professions are encouraged to sign this petition but may be concerned that pharmacists are seeking to evade their responsibilities. There are many remedies that can be taken against pharmacists. Complaints to the local Primary Care Trust, complaints to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain which is currently the professional regulator, civil action in the courts for which practicing pharmacists must have liability insurance and criminal action if the pharmacist has acted illegally. Pharmacists in the vast majority take their responsibilities very seriously and those that do not should, quite rightly, be sanctioned or punished. However the problem that arises from the recent court case is that if the logic applied in that case was to be applied fairly and evenly to all pharmacists who made a similar error then the number of pharmacists left in practice would quickly dwindle to zero. I urge members of the general public to support their pharmacists and sign this petition.
