The second amendment states a well regulated militia, Being necessary to secure a free state, The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The definition of Militia: a military force that is raised from the civil population to supplement a regular army in an emergency, as well as a military force that engages in rebel activities, typically in opposition to a regular army. This does not mean the Second Amendment is only for hunting or protecting your home it’s meant for protecting our land from Tierney and invading armies, this means that we have the right to own guns that can do the job of defending our land against foreign enemies. In other countries that have tried banning certain weapons there has still been violent crimes that have killed many people using bombs or other types of weapons. People who want to kill, will find a way to do it with or without access to guns.
We the American people are petitioning for a law that makes it unconstitutional and illegal to propose any type of ban on guns or increasing gun control. We have more than enough gun control and we are tired of people trying to take our rights away from us. We the people oppose the ban on assault weapons due to the simple fact that a guns appearance doesn’t make it more deadly, and we will not stand for this ignorance anymore.
