On April 16, 2017, James Alfter was arrested and charged with for conspiracy to commit a hate crime on grounds of racism. Each and every individual who knows can attest to the inaccuracy of the accusation in which James is being unrightfully charged.
The media has further slandered his name with this information on popular media outlets such as the following:

We, the undersigned, affirm that the accused, James Alfter, has never directly, indirectly, inferred, implicitly, or otherwise, conducted himself in such a way that could/would be viewed in any capacity which would validate the racism accusation. We, the undersigned, support the CR-181 Order For Dismissal request to have any charges associated due to race be removed. Furthermore; We, the undersigned, would also like a press statement to be issued redacting previous claims of racism associated with James Alfter.
