On the 7th March 2017 Charlene Victoria Mula was given a 3 year probation from Magistrate Claire Stafrace Zammit, after noting that the accused had repaid her victim in full and had no previous convictions for any offences, released on the condition that she does commit another offence. She was found not guilty of handling stolen goods. (Resourse Malta today 7th March 2017) .

Today 10th of March Charlene Victoria received a letter from St Microelectronics informing her to attend an urgent meeting at the HR department. She attended the meeting and was informed that she had two options, either to resign, or that she was going to be dismissed from work. They also informed her that the ideal choice would be for her to resign as it would be easier for her to find another job. This 25 year old didn't know any better.

According to the St Microelectronics agreement a person that is found guilty within the law only can be dismissed from work. In Charlene's case, she was found not guilty by the Court of Law.

We, Charlene Victoria Mula's friends ask for you to help by signing this petition for her to get her job back. We believe that the company did not comply with the union;s agreement and regulations. We believe that she needs this job which she is good in. With the help of this job, she can have a better life. We want one last chance for Charlene Victoria.

We, the undersigned, ask St Microelectronics Malta to rethink the decision taken and employ Charlene Victoria Mula again since she was not found guilty according to the Court of Law
