Help Improve Adidas Working Conditiions

Working conditions in the garment industry have been a huge problem lately. That is, because most garment industries are made over seas. Many people don't see the problem here because they don't know the terrible conditions that actually occur. Most sweatshops or garment factories pay a lot under minimum wage and work numerous hours a week. For example, 12 hours a week, with no break and 50 hours a week.(Teens in sweatshops) Another big issue that happens in the factories is the building conditions its self. Many of the workers work in poorly taken care of, buildings. Some have cockroaches and rats running around the factory floor, and bosses don't watch the health regulations which is a big deal.
