Sixteen years ago, Henry Clayton made a terrible mistake while undergoing a divorce. In an attempt to retrieve his personal and professional items he held his wife hostage. Although no weapons were involved and no one was injured, Henry was sentenced to 42 years in prison.
During his time in prison Henry has turned his life over to God, received his GED, and taken anger management courses. He has been a model prisoner.
Please sign this petition asking the parole board to grant Henry release so that he may return to his family. His parole hearing is set for September 24.
We, the family and friends of Henry Clayton, call upon the Kentucky Parole Board to grant Henry release of parole. We feel he has served enough time for his mistakes.
We are asking that Henry be given a second chance. His children, grandchildren, and other family would like to welcome him home.
