The Residents of Signal Hill have expressed concerns regarding a number of issues regarding public safety and residential living. In no particular order, the issues are:
1. The rise in petty theft and crime in general
2. Police Patrol presence including alleys throughout city
3. Adherence to Noise Ordinances
4. The possible implementation of permit parking on residential streets
5. Neighborhood Watch Information and Kits to simplify the process of activating a community based operation such as this.
We respectfully request an Action Plan to address these concerns and others as they become evident in the form of an agenda to be shared at a future meeting to be determined,
We the undersigned wish to have the issues expressed in the preamble be addressed in an open and respectful forum with our city officials in the seat of government, and law enforcement.
