By signing this petition you are supporting the reservation acceptance for The Villages Clubhouse to any Village Resident.
And that the Board of Directors not excluding outside organizations from using the clubhouse as long as it is reserved by a Village Resident.
We the residents of the Villages at Rancho El Dorado, would like to see that the use of the clubhouse continue to be allowed for the residents of The Villages for whatever legal purposes that coincides with our community bylaws.
That the clubhouse use will continue on a first come first serve basis with appropriate applications & deposits as required by the board.
We believe all applications should be accepted, as long as the applicant is a resident of The Villages and hold themselves responsible for any damages as stated in the clubhouse use agreement.
And that all residential applications for events held at the clubhouse can not be declined due to the residency of any one of the attendees of said event.
