Background (Preamble):
This petition is for the support of Sikh guy Harshdeep Singh Anand from Shimla ( India ) who has lost his job in Abu Dhabi in refusal to cut his hairs ( a unique Sikh identity ). No such condition had been mentioned in his appointment letter and it was known that he was a Sikh with long hair as he was selected for the job after an interview.

It is against Sikh religion principles to cut hairs , also in this case , no such condition had been mentioned in his appointment letter and it was known that he was a Sikh with long hair as he was selected for the job after an interview.
We, the undersigned, wish to show our support in favour of Harshdeep Singh Anand to get full justice , also request international agencies to ensure that employment conditions which led to discrimination against Sikhs must be scrapped.
