Stop The Media Slating our Sled Dogs

I the undersigned call upon the Media/ Sun Newspaper to stop slating our Snow Dogs. I have to complain about the way the Media has reported in which a six day old baby was "allegedly" killed by an Alaskan malamute, no mention of the other dog seized a terrier was mentioned.

Since this report my self and quite a few other members from forums have been verbally abused whilst out walking our dogs, since being branded by you and other media as dangerous evil dogs even one of our members dogs was kicked in the ribs by a member of the public. I understand it is a sensitive case but could the Sun not of handled it better with a bit of respect rather than run a headline off The dog ate my baby's head?

Any parent found to have been so careless as to leave their child unattended with any animal face charges of neglect? Surely it's common sense not to leave any child unattended with any animal?There is now a saying "put the blame on the correct end of the leash"! Deepest sympathies go to the family and it is a tragic loss but the media need to make a formal statement of apology to we Snow Dog owners.
